John Baillie is an international energy executive with over 40 years of experience, having worked on three continents and in nine countries, his career spans across the energy industry. From international energy projects including some of the worlds largest steam projects, industrial scale CCUS, field trial developments of new technology and a variety of enhanced recovery projects. At Chevron, he was a catalyst for development of major projects globally, and at Sinopec-Addax, he played a key role in corporate integration, acquisitions, and strategic leadership, including holding many board and executive positions. Through his career he played a key role in some of the worlds largest energy industry arbitration settlements that gave him unique insights into the real consequences of governance, ethics and value of intellectual property. His global perspective, technical depth, and leadership experience position him as a trusted advisor in the energy industry.
Cliff Butchko
Cliff Butchko is a Professional Engineer and MBA graduate who brings 45 years of experience in asset and project management within both operated and non-operated energy companies, domestically and internationally. With a strong background in senior leadership, advisory, and field operations, he has managed exploration and production activities, led NOJV operations, overseen major development projects, and directed reservoir and production engineering. His expertise also includes acquisitions and divestitures, energy marketing, infrastructure development, contract negotiation, and risk management—making him a trusted leader across the full energy value chain.
Fayda Baillie
Fayda Baillie is a multidisciplinary professional with over 20 years of global experience in geophysics and project management. She specializes in subsurface modeling and the integration of geophysical and geological data to enhance understanding of structural complexities in diverse geological settings.Her international experience spans Canada, the U.S., Kurdistan, Brazil, and Vietnam. Fayda is known for her adaptability, creative problem-solving, and a solutions-focused, ethical approach to complex technical and operational challenges. She holds a BSc in Geophysics, an Executive MBA, and a Geothermal Certification from the University of Nevada
